1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TicketSeat.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

TicketSeat.io provides an event ticketing platform with interactive seat selection, real-time reservation locking, payment processing via Stripe Connect, and QR code ticket scanning.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating events and managing ticket sales. You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform as an event organizer.

4. Pricing & Fees

TicketSeat.io charges an application fee per ticket sold (4% Free, 2.5% Starter, 1.5% Pro, 0.75% Enterprise) plus a monthly subscription for paid plans. Stripe's processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) apply separately. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Payments & Payouts

All payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Payouts are deposited directly to your connected bank account according to Stripe's payout schedule. Refunds are handled through the platform and may take 5-10 business days.

6. Event Organizer Obligations

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, honoring tickets sold, and compliance with local laws and regulations. TicketSeat.io is not liable for event cancellations or changes.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use TicketSeat.io for illegal activities, fraudulent ticket sales, resale of tickets in violation of applicable laws, or any activity that could harm the platform or its users.

8. Intellectual Property

TicketSeat.io and its features, design, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of your event content and venue designs created on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

TicketSeat.io is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will process any outstanding payouts. Data will be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
